A few summer pics

This week, summer is starting to make an appearance. This evening we headed up to the high school for a little short sleeve/tank top photoshoot.

As some know, our whole goal of moving out of our old house was two things: 1. Be in a safer area 2. Eventually build a house.

The building a house part was supposed to come farther down the line but some circumstances has made it possible sooner rather than later. Yesterday, our offer on a piece of land was accepted! I am going to be documenting the house building process in a new blog if you are interested in following along!

Cloudy day at the beach.

Today was day 3 of dreary weather. We were all feeling cabin feverish, so despite the mist, we headed to a beach in our town we had never been to. Not much else to say other than we all came back with sandy toes, feeling refreshed.
